I find it to be more rider preferred about frame size. That said, I like bigger rides, more stable at speed, etc. A large would be good for you. On the Santa Cruz website is posted a size chart for the V10. It is pretty accurate. Funny, my large Santa Cruz Nomad was the same size as my V10. Thanks Jerneyman
